Keystone Quarter Horse Association Futurity Sponsorship Guidelines
The following guidelines will apply to all sponsorships for the KQHA fall futurities. General sponsorships will be pooled and applied to any of the futurity classes as deemed appropriate by the KQHA Board of Directors. Class sponsorships will be applied to the specific class requested by sponsor when possible. Below is a breakdown of each level of sponsorship as well as what sponsor will receive for each level.
Sponsorship Levels
Ø Name and logo placed on all advertisements and show bills beginning as soon as sponsorship is received. Ø Two full pages of advertisement in KQHA newsletter for one full year. Ø Listing on sponsorship banner displayed at KQHA fall show. Ø Recognition on KQHA website. Ø Two tickets to KQHA Annual Awards banquet. Ø Booth space at show for entire weekend. Ø Recognition plaque to hang in place of business. Ø Inclusion in all sponsorship announcements during weekend of KQHA fall show (at least 4 such announcements will be made throughout weekend). Ø Four tickets to hospitality building for weekend of KQHA fall show. **
Ø One full page of advertisement in KQHA newsletter for one full year. Ø Listing on sponsorship banner displayed at KQHA fall show. Ø Recognition on KQHA website. Ø One half page of advertisement in KQHA newsletter for one full year. Ø Listing on sponsorship banner displayed at KQHA fall show. Ø Recognition on KQHA website. Ø Two tickets to KQHA Annual Awards banquet. Ø Booth space at show for entire weekend. Ø Inclusion in all sponsorship announcements during weekend of KQHA fall show (at least 4 such announcements will be made throughout weekend). Ø Two tickets to hospitality building for weekend of KQHA fall show. **
** Hospitality Building – During the KQHA fall show there will be a hospitality area set up in the building located in the south west corner of the arena. Sponsors of $500 or more will receive tickets to enter this area throughout the weekend. Hospitality tent will include coffee and donuts in the mornings, lunch midday, and an evening reception.

Ø One business card sized advertisement in KQHA newsletter for one full year Ø Listing on sponsorship banner displayed at KQHA fall show Ø Recognition on KQHA website Ø Inclusion in all sponsorship announcements during weekend of KQHA fall show (at least 4 such announcements will be made throughout weekend)
Ø Listing as general sponsor in September issue of the KQHA newsletter Ø Listing as general sponsor in sponsor booklet for KQHA fall show Ø Recognition on KQHA website Ø Inclusion in all sponsorship announcements during weekend of KQHA fall show (at least 4 such announcements will be made throughout weekend)
